Controlled Synthesis of NH<sub<4</sub<Zr<sub<2</sub<<sub<3</sub< Microcrystals with Different Morphologies via a Solvothermal Process

摘要: 在低温溶剂热条件下通过调节实验参数控制合成不同形貌的磷酸锆铵微晶. 实验表明,向反应体系中添加氟化铵作为矿化剂可降低反应温度, 调节反应体系中磷酸的用量可控制产物粒度. 采用XRD和SEM对产物的物相、纯度及形貌进行了表征.对制备出的形貌为削角四面体和片层堆积四面体磷酸锆铵微晶的生长机理进行了探讨, 晶体的生长趋向于降低表面能.Abstract: The controlled synthesis of NH<sub<4</sub<Zr<sub<2</sub<(PO<sub<4</sub<)<sub<3</sub<(AZP) microcrystals with different morphologies was successfully achieved by carefully adjusting the experimental parameters via a mild solvothermal processing. AZP crystals with the morphology of the truncated and sheet-like tetrahedron were paid more attention to and the formation mechanism had been speculated. The phase and microstructure of the AZP products with high-crystallinity were confirmed by powder X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).
