高压水射流冲击固体推进剂的温度效应实验研究

A Study on the Temperature Effect in Solid Propellants Under High-Pressure Waterjet Impact

  • 摘要: 针对固体推进剂在高压水射流作用下点火机理尚不明确的问题,选用不同配方的丁羟固体推进剂为研究对象,进行了高压水射流的冲击实验研究. 实验结果表明:高压水射流冲击固体推进剂过程中温度明显增加;推进剂的组分高氯酸铵(AP)和二茂铁的含量对升温速率有明显影响.

     

    Abstract: The ignition mechanism of solid propellants under high pressure waterjet remained unclear, so HTPB solid propellant of different formulas was used under high-pressure waterjet impact research. The results showed that during the process of impact of high-pressure waterjet with solid propellant the temperature of the samples increased significantly, and that the content of propellant components,ammonium perchlorate and ferrocene affected the heating rate significantly.
