超声珩磨提高表面精度的原理及实验

Theoretical and Experimental on Improving Surface Precision by Ultrasonic Honing

  • 摘要: 为完善和推广超声珩磨技术,在分析珩磨及超声珩磨切削机理的基础上,结合自行研制的直径为47 mm立式超声波珩磨装置进行试验.讨论了超声珩磨加工提高工件表面精度的理论和实际.试验研究结果表明,由于超声珩磨将连续切削的珩磨转化为脉冲切削,使得超声珩磨具有切削力小、切削效率高、表面精度高等优点,在实际生产中有着广泛的应用前景.

     

    Abstract: To improve and popularize the technique of Ultrasonic honing.On the basis of analysis on the honing principle and experiments utilizing a set of diameter 47 mm vertical ultrasonic honing equipment,the effects of ultrasonic honing in improving surface precision is discussed.The study indicates that by turning continuous cutting into pulse cutting,ultrasonic honing has the advantage of requiring less cutting force,lower temperature,not easily being blocked up,higher cutting efficiency and better surface precision than honing.Ultrasonic honing has thus its wide prospective in mechanical processing.
