基于瞬时动能等效的曲轴系变惯量扭振研究

Study on Variable Inertia Torsional Vibration of Crankshaft Based on Instantaneous Kinetic Energy Equivalence

  • 摘要: 研究往复运动件变惯量下的曲轴系自由扭振特性.基于瞬时动能等效原则,提出了单缸变转动惯量的精确求解方法;建立了单、多缸曲轴系统自由扭转振动微分方程,并对系统的扭振特性进行了理论分析;对某一多缸柴油机曲轴系进行了考虑变惯量下的自由扭振数值计算.结果表明,变惯量的引入会对曲轴系的固有频率、临界转速、扭转角位移等系统扭振特性产生较大的影响.

     

    Abstract: Considering the variable inertia of the reciprocating parts,free torsional vibration characteristics of crankshaft are studied.Based on instantaneous kinetic energy equivalent principle,a kind of accurate calculating method of single-cylinder diesel engine's variable inertia is presented.Free torsional vibration differential equations of the single-and multi-cylinder diesel engine crankshaft systems are established,and torsional vibration characteristics of the system are also analyzed theoretically.Numerical calculation of the free vibration of a certain multi-cylinder diesel engine is completed.The results indicate that the introduction of variable inertia has a great effect on the torsional vibration characteristics,such as the free frequency,critical speed zone,and torsional vibration angular displacement,of the crankshaft system.
