Effects of Y<SUB<2</SUB<O<SUB<3</SUB< on the Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Tungsten Alloys

  • 摘要: 研究钨合金中添加不同质量分数的Y2O3时,Y2O3的含量对微观组织与性能的影响.试验结果表明,随着Y2O3质量分数的增加,钨合金中钨颗粒直径由30.5μm减小到15.0μm,钨颗粒形状由近似球形变为不规则的多面体形;Y2O3粒子降低了钨-钨、钨-黏结相界面结合强度,随着Y2O3质量分数的增加,钨合金静态抗拉强度和延伸率降低;动态压缩条件下,随Y2O3质量分数的增加,钨合金抗压强度先增加后降低,当Y2O3质量分数低于1.0%时,随Y2O3质量分数的增加抗压强度增加,当Y2O3的质量分数超过1.5%时,抗压强度随Y2O3质量分数的增加而下降.

     

    Abstract: Mass fraction of Y2O3 effects on the microstructure and mechanical properties of tungsten alloys with 0~2.0% Y2O3 were studied.The results showed that the average size of tungsten grain decreases from 30.5 μm to 15.0 μm as the content of Y2O3 increased.The grain morphology changed from quasi-sphere to irregular polyhedron.The proportion of W-W and W-M interface detaching on the fracture surface increases as the addition of Y2O3,resulting in the decrease of static tensile strength and elongation.The dynamic compressive strength of tungsten alloys enhances and then reduces as the content of Y2O3 increased.It enhances when the content of Y2O3 remains under 1.0%,however,when the content of Y2O3 goes over 1.5%,it decreases.
