轿车主动空气悬架系统3种方案仿真分析

摘要: 为满足轿车高的舒适性、操纵稳定性和安全性要求,提出在被动空气悬架的基础上设计一个辅助装置,使其成为主动空气悬架系统.该装置采用液压与气动相结合的结构,具有调节和抑制车辆俯仰及侧倾运动的作用.对轿车空气悬架系统建立了3种概念模型,并在相同的输入参数下,通过仿真模型对比计算3种调节方案的主动控制效果.仿真结果表明,采用液气混合式调节方案的主动空气悬架系统,具有运动速度快、位移精度高等优点,可优先在汽车上使用.Abstract: To meet the high requirement on the ride comfort,handling stability and safety, an active air spring suspension system was developed in a passenger car with an additional device on the base of the original passive air springs,which consists of hydraulic and pneumatic elements and works to adjust and keep down the pitch and roll movements of vehicle body.Three conceptual models were built for the air suspension system in this project.With the same input parameters,three models were simulated to compare on the result of active control.The results show that the hydropneumatic actuator is the best choice for the vehicle because of its high velocity of movement and high precision of displacement.So this type of actuator will be preferably used in the vehicles.
