Abstract:
Studies the chemical constituents of the fermentation liquid from marine bacteria bacillus marinus(No.Z3-1).The compounds were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and recrystallization.Their structures were determined on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic methods such as 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR.Eight compounds separately were identified as cyclo-(Gly-Pro) dipeptide,cyclo-(Ala-Pro) dipeptide,cyclo-(Leu-Pro) dipeptide,4-hydroxy-1-oxy-pyridine,uracil,thymine,β-sitosterol and urea. These compounds were obtained from bacillus marinus for the first time.
