调压阀内流场数值模拟及动态特性分析

Internal Flow Field Numerical Calculation and Dynamic Characteristic Study of Pressure-Regulating Valve

  • 摘要: 以研究调压阀内流场和动态特性为目的,建立了固体燃气发生器调压阀内流场三维模型,用动态网格技术对流场进行模拟并采用子程序计算阀芯的运动,以相关的冷气试验进行验证.分析了燃气阀内部收敛-扩张外型下的瞬态流动特性和波系变化情况,并分析了不同条件下阀芯运动的动态特性.阀芯的周期性振动导致流场以相同频率变化,较高入口压力和较小弹性系数使阀门能够较快稳定,但导致流量、阀芯位移等物理量峰值增大.

     

    Abstract: For studying the internal flow field and dynamic characteristics of pressure-regulating valve,its 3-D model is established.Adopting dynamic mesh and subroutine were calculated the internal flow field and movement of the pintle and the result was tested by cold gas experiment.The characteristics of unsteady flow field and shock wave was analysed.Dynamic characteristics of the pintle in some different instances were analysed.The flow field periodically changes because of the vibration of pintle.High inlet-pressure or low pring coefficient can make the flow field to have vehemently motorial pintle steady faster but higher peak value in some quantities,such as the flow rate or displacement of the pintle.
