超临界CO<SUB<2</SUB<静动态结合萃取姜黄油的工艺

Static and Dynamic Extraction of Turmeric Oleoresin by Supercritical CO<SUB<2</SUB< Fluid

  • 摘要: 以姜黄为原料,研究超临界CO<sup<2</sup<流体梯度升压与静动态结合萃取姜黄油的工艺研究,并利用均匀试验与正交试验进行优化.实验得出超临界流体萃取姜黄油的优化工艺为:原料含水率5.5%-6.0%之间,先在压力10 MPa、温度30℃的状态下静态预置15 min,后在压力30 MPa,温度45℃,CO<sup<2</sup<流量40 L/h的条件下动态循环萃取120 min.结果表明,姜黄油的萃取率可达8.95%,比水蒸气蒸馏法提高了4倍,且香气纯正,证明超临界CO<sup<2</sup<流体静动态

     

    Abstract: Processing of turmeric oleoresin from turmeric by gradient boost and static-dynamic extraction of supercritical CO<sup<2</sup< fluid are studied.Orthogonal design and homogenous uniform design are applied to optimize the processing parameters.The optimum conditions observed were: water content of raw material at 5.5%~6.0%,preexistence at 10 MPa,30 ℃,15 min,then recirculating at 30 MPa,45 ℃,40 L/h,120 min.The result showed that the extraction yield of turmeric oleoresin was 8.95% by supercritical CO<sup<2</sup<.Compared with traditional steam distillation,this method possesses higher efficiency and shorter time.The processing of supercritical CO<sup<2</sup< extraction of turmeric oleoresin is seen to be practical.
