复合TiO2光催化氧化含黑索今废水的试验研究

Study on Disposal of Wastewater Containing RDX by a Compound Technology of UV/TiO2

  • 摘要: 利用TiO2光催化氧化技术(UV/TiO2)、复合H2O2的TiO2光催化氧化技术(UV/TiO2/H2O2)、复合Fenton的TiO2光催化氧化技术(UV/TiO2/Fenton),在循环式浆态床反应器中于低压汞灯模式下对黑索今生产混合废水样品的COD降解及脱色过程进行了对比研究.结果表明:脱色及COD的去除效率依次为UV/TiO2/Fenton>UV/TiO2/H2O2>UV/TiO2.废水的初始浓度对以上技术的处理效果有很大影响,当反应系统的入水COD值低于2g/L时,在180min内

     

    Abstract: The COD degradation and decolourization of wastewater containing RDX was studied by the processes of UV/TiO2, UV/TiO2/H2O2 and UV/TiO2/Fenton in a circulating slurry photocatalytic reactor with a low-voltage mercury lamp. The results showed that the most efficient process was UV/TiO2/Fenton and the least was UV/TiO2. The efficiency of these treatment processes was obviously impacted by the initial COD of wastewater. When the initial COD was less than 2 g/L, the COD and colourity could be up to effluent standard in 180 min and 90 min respectively.
