PRS-XY型混联数控机床工作台误差补偿技术

Error Calibration of the X-Y Table of a PRS-XY Type Hybrid CNC Machine Tool

  • 摘要: 为提高开云.彩票(kaiyun)官方网站自行研制的PRS-XY型混联数控机床的运动精度,以球杆仪为工具,对工作台的运动性能进行了测试.在工作台工作空间有限的情况下,采用球杆斜置的测试方法,对工作台的圆周运动轨迹进行测量,确定了影响工作台运动精度的最主要因素为垂直度误差和比例不匹配误差,建立了相应的误差补偿模型.利用Turbo PMAC卡的新功能,实现了工作台误差补偿,将运动精度提高了一个数量级,改善了工作台的运动性能.

     

    Abstract: For advancing the motion accuracy of the PRS-XY type hybrid CNC machine tool developed in Beijing Institute of Technology,using a ballbar,the motion ability of its X-Y table was tested.Because of limited working area,the bar had to be inclined.The circular track of motion was tested,and the most important factors affecting the motion accuracy,vid.,errors in perpendicularity and proportion matching,were confirmed.Models of error calibration have been set.Using new characters of the Turbo PMAC card,error calibration has been realized.Abilities of motion has been improved,and the accuracy of motion has been advanced over ten times.
