同心筒垂直发射装置排导燃气流的改进

Improvement Measures of Exhausting the Jet in the Concentric Vertical Launching Equipment

  • 摘要: 研究在发射过程中导弹周围高温燃气环境对导弹产生的影响.通过同心筒内筒尾部收缩段的尺寸设计,减少高温燃气的反射,在发射筒口采用导流装置,将从内外筒间排出的燃气流导向发射筒周围,从而减少高温燃气对导弹出筒部分的烧蚀.采用数值仿真方法对两种改进措施进行计算模拟和试验研究.结果表明,两种改进对改善导弹发射过程中的热环境有一定效果.

     

    Abstract: By a study on the theory and experiment of missile launcher making use of a concentric vertical launching device,it is seen that the high temperature jet environment existing around the missile during launching may influence the missile.Through the dimensional design of the shrinking part at the rump of the inside cylinder of the concentric system,the reflection of the high temperature jet can be reduced.Designing an exhaust device at the mouth of the launching cylinder so as to exhaust the jet from with out and with in the cylinder around the launching cylinder,will decrease the scorching from the high temperature jet at the point of the missile launching from the cylinder.The paper makes use of the numerical value method and gives a numerical simulation with the two improved measures.At the same time,experimental study has been made,and it is seen that the two measures bring a certain effect in improving the heat-environment during the missile launching.
