基于零秒电阻拟合的电机绕组温升测试方法

摘要: 为了解决直接测试电机绕组零秒温升存在困难的问题,基于零秒电阻拟合方法,对3种温升情况下的电机绕组温升计算理论进行了分析.采用线性最小二乘法确立了零秒电阻的拟合公式,利用金属电阻与温度变化的线性关系得到电机绕组零秒温升的计算方法,进行了温升试验和误差分析,并讨论了中小型电机绕组温升简化测试方法.试验结果表明,该测试方法有效,还可用于多种电机的温升试验测试.Abstract: It is difficult to measure motor winding temperature directly.In order to deal with this problem,temperature rise for motor winding under 3 cases of temperature rise is analyzed theoretically based on the zero second resistance fitting method.Least square method is used to get the fitting formula of zero second resistance.Algorithm of zero second temperature is obtained on the principle of linearity relationship between metal resistance and temperature.Experiment and error analysis for motor winding temperature rise is adopted.A simplified measurement method in the engineering field is discussed.Experimental result demonstrates the validity of the method.The method is also feasible in the measurement of winding temperatures for other kinds of motors.
