基于遗传规划的中厚板轧制力矩的非线性回归

Non-Linear Regression of Rolling Torque for Medium and Heavy Plate Based on Genetic Programming

  • 摘要: 研究热轧中厚板轧制力矩的计算方法.运用遗传规划法分析中厚板轧制过程的现场数据,找出与轧制力矩密切相关的因素,将其作为自变量生成函数表达式,体现轧制力矩的变化规律,得出轧制力矩非线性回归计算模型和相关参数,并完成了算法设计和编程实验.实验结果表明,计算值与实测值的平均相对误差为6.23%.该模型已应用于临汾钢铁公司2 800 mm中厚板的轧制生产中.

     

    Abstract: Rolling torque calculation for the hot rolling of medium and heavy plates is studied.Analyzing and dealing with the field data of rolling in the processes of medium and heavy plate rolling applying the technique of GP,means of determination are obtained for computational model and correlation parameters about non-linear regression of the rolling torque.With genetic programming method those nearly correlative factors are found with changing rolling torque taking these factors as arguments.Then it will generate functional expressions in order to embody rules of change in rolling torques and setup the non-linear regression model for the rolling torque.Then algorithm design and programming testing can be done.Test results showed that the average relative error between the model calculation value and measured value for rolling torque was not more than 6.23%.The model has been used in LISCO for 2?800?mm medium plate rolling in practice.
