Abstract: Blasting crater size modelling within reinforced concrete is built up under internal blast loading based on the peculiarity of internal blast loading.The minimum blasting action index is obtained by theoretical analysis.Internal explosion experiment of RC is performed, its results proved that the model is well based, and the minimum blasting action index is accurate.
