Abstract:
To study the equivalent thickness,and effects of superposition throttle slices to damper characteristics,the bending deformation is analyzed at the throttle mouth radius r<SUB<k</SUB<,and the equivalent thickness formula deduced.The relationship of stress with the thickness of slice,and the maximum thickness of superposition throttle slices is studied.The superposition throttle slices are designed and validated by example,the resistance characteristic of the designed damper is tested.It is shown that the method of thickness design,equivalent thickness calculation and stress analysis are correct and(effective.)
