Abstract: The characteristics of the inner flow field and outer sound field of a pneumatic valve sound generator is analyzed with its theoretical model,numerical simulation and experimental results.It is found that low frequency sound wave plays the chief role also when the air pressure in chamber is higher than the ambient.The working process of the valve is simulated with the commercial software.
