离心压气机初步设计计算模型与性能仿真

Modeling of Centrifugal Compressor Preliminary Design Calculations and Its Performance Simulation

  • 摘要: 构造出车用离心压气机的初步设计整体计算框图,建立了车用离心压气机初步优化设计计算模型和性能预测模型,并用具体设计实例进行了计算和性能仿真验证.利用所建立的初步设计方法和计算模型,可以确定离心压气机的基本性能参数和几何参数,建立离心压气机初步设计系统的优化策略,预测出压气机在设计点和非设计点的性能,并可以实际运用到车用涡轮增压器离心压气机的选型、初步设计、参数优化和性能仿真上.

     

    Abstract: Preliminary design calculation flow charts of vehicle centrifugal compressor are constructed,and the optimization calculation modeling and performance predication modeling of vehicle centrifugal compressor established.The modeling on the calculation and performance simulation is practiced in actual design.By using this calculation model,the preliminary geometry parameters in compressor can be determined,and optimization strategies can be formed,and also the performance of centrifugal compressor in design condition and off-design condition can be simulated.The method can be used in the selection,preliminary design,and parameter optimization and performance simulation on vehicle turbocharger centrifugal compressor.
