Stiffness Analysis of Controllable Stiffness Hydropneumatic Springs for Vehicles

摘要: 为适应多变的道路条件,车辆的悬架系统需要刚度可控的弹性元件.对油气弹簧刚度特性数学模型的分析显示,储气室总容积、环境温度等对油气弹簧的刚度特性有明显影响.通过改变连通储气室数目的方法实现对储气室总容积的控制,油气弹簧的刚度特性也因此得到控制.刚度特性分析表明,可控刚度油气弹簧的车辆应用可以改善行驶平顺性和环境温度适应性.Abstract: In order to meet with wide variations in roads conditions controllable stiffness elastic elements are reguired in the suspension of vehicles.Stiff mathematical models of hydropneumatic springs show that some relevant factors such as the volume of gas accumulator and the temperature of operational environment markedly affect the stiffness of hydropneumatic springs.The total volume of gas accumulator can be controlled by changing the number of gas accumulators,and the stiffness of hydropneumatic spring can be controlled furthermore.Stiffness analysis of controllable stiffness hydropneumatic spring shows that controllable stiffness hydropneumatic spring can be used to improve riding comfort and environmental temperature adaptability of vehicles.
