摘要: 研究对任意亏格三维网格表面的滤波.通过寻找每个网格顶点的局部区域,对各个局部区域分别进行平面参数化,插值形成局部图像片,进行小波域滤波及重构,实现了对三维表面的滤波.实验表明,该方法能够直接对任意亏格的三维表面进行低通、增强、去噪等滤波操作.由于采用逐点局部参数化,参数化带来的失真减小.用该方法不需对非零亏格的表面进行分割,就能够实现整个表面的光滑滤波.Abstract: A new approach for 3D mesh surface filtering is presented. A local neighbor area is first found for each vertex. Then local plane parameterization is applied to the area. After uniform sampling to the parameterized area, each vertex corresponds to a local image patch. Then wavelet filtering is applied to the image patches. After vertex resampling, filtered mesh surface can be reconstructed. The major contribution lies in the idea of universal vertex local filtering. The filtering algorithm can operate nonzero-genus meshes directly and smoothly. Experiments demonstrated potentials of the algorithm.
