采用氮气发生剂的子弹药气囊抛撒内弹道计算模型

Interior Ballistic Model of Submunition Dispenser with Nitrogen Gas Generant and Airbag

  • 摘要: 在经典内弹道理论基础上,建立了以氮气发生剂为抛撒动力源的子弹药气囊抛撒内弹道模型.将整个氮气发生器视为气源,提出了名义燃速的概念,建立了名义燃速方程,把氮气发生器及抛撒装置的结构等因素对名义燃速的影响通过引入结构综合参量体现,简化了计算过程.名义燃速方程采用了带有常数项的指数形式.用该模型计算所得结果与试验测试值符合较好,可用于抛撒技术的研究和工程应用.

     

    Abstract: A model is put forward based on classical interior ballistic theory. To improve the accuracy of the model and simplify is calculation, a new concept of apparent combustion rate and relevant equations are presented. Considering the characteristics of the nitrogen gas generant and dispensers, the exponential form with a constant item as is different from the normal exponential form or linear form, adopted in the equation. Then another new parameter, representing the size of the dispenser's structure, is introduced to improve the calculation results. Finally, the model is applied to predict the dispensing velocity of submunitions in some practical tests. The results show that the calculated values agree well with the measured data.
