直喷式柴油机排放性能仿真研究

Study Emission Performance of Direct Injection Diesel Engine

  • 摘要: 以直喷式柴油机燃烧过程现象学描述为基础,利用BOOST软件建立柴油机的准维多区现象学燃烧模型,对增压直喷式柴油机的排放特性进行仿真计算,其计算结果与实验数据取得了良好的一致性.利用三维仿真软件FIRE对其在标定工况下排放物的生成分布进行分析对比.讨论调整喷油始点对控制直喷式柴油机排放性能的影响.仿真结果表明,喷油始点提前越多,NOx生成增加,碳烟则有所减少.

     

    Abstract: Based on a description of the combustion process, BOOST code is used to model the emission characteristics of a turbocharged direct injection (DI) diesel engine. The calculated results show a good accordance with the measurements. Furthermore, the results at rated speed as have been by FIRE code are analyzed. Finally, the effects on the emission control of DI diesel engine are discussed. The results show that the earlier the injection angles the more NOx emission, and the less the amount of SOOT produced.
