摘要: 在分析 FAE燃料分散物理过程的基础上 ,利用爆轰产物分段等熵膨胀原理估算了中心装药爆生气体产物膨胀范围 ,建立了固体燃料颗粒抛撒的二相流运动模型 ,获得了抛撒距离的计算方法 .固体燃料颗粒尺寸、形状等影响其抛撒距离 ,且决定燃料云雾区内固体燃料分布的均匀性 .与实验结果的对比表明了理论预测的正确性 ,可以为 FAE燃料设计及其云雾范围控制提供依据Abstract: Based on the investigation of the dispersion process of fuel-air-explosives (FAE), the expansion range of the detonation products after the central explosive-tube detonated was calculated by using a two-stage isentropic expansion theory. A simplified two-phase flow model for describing the dispersion process of solid fuel grains was proposed, and the method for determining the dispersion distance is given. The results show that the sizes and shapes of solid fuel grains affect not only the dispersion distance but also the distribution uniformity of the fuel cloud. Computation results are in good agreement with the experimental observation results. The prediction method given in this paper has a satisfactory reliability.
