摘要: 将VGT60应用于YN4100QBZ柴油机上,建立了试验台架,确定了试验方法.利用VGT实时监控系统,进行了系统全面的试验.对各种负荷和转速工况下的大量试验数据进行了整理分析,并与原机的排放性能进行了对比,得出了稳态工况下VGT对于柴油机排放性能的影响特点和规律;通过自由加速试验研究了VGT对于自由加速烟度的影响,为实现电控VGT与柴油机在全工况范围内的优化匹配控制提供了基本数据和策略.Abstract: Turbocharger VGT60 was applied to diesel engine YN4100QBZ, forming a test bed set up, and test procedures were determined. Systematic and comprehensive tests were conducted using the VGT's real time monitoring system. Test data of various conditions were analyzed, and comparison of emission characteristics made to the original engine. Influence characteristics and rules of VGT to the diesel engine under steady conditions were derived, and the influence of the VGT to the smoke emission of the diesel engine under free acceleration conditions tested. These provide basic data and strategy for the control and optimum matching of VGT to diesel engines on all the conditions.
