电旋风壁面沉积特性及捕集效率的实验研究

Experimental Study on the Deposition Characteristics and Collection Efficiency of Electrostatic Cyclonic Precipitator

  • 摘要: 研究在旋风和静电的综合作用下,电旋风除尘器的壁面沉积特性及影响因素,探讨壁面沉积过程与电旋风除尘器捕集效率的关系.实验得出,加静电强化后效率可提高3%~7%,电旋风的效率最高达99.6%;随着气流含尘浓度的增加及运行时间的延长,电旋风收尘极板上的沉积量增加,而除尘效率则呈现下降趋势;当入口气流速度达到15m/s后,该实验模型可实现自动清灰.

     

    Abstract: Preliminary experimental investigation has been done by means of model tests, trying to understand the characteristics of dust agglomerating on the collecting wall of the electrostatic cyclonic precipitator. Relationship between the behavior of dust on the wall and the collecting efficiency was discussed. Efficiency of the testing cyclone, when enhanced by electricity, increased 3%~7%, and the maximal value of the efficiency could achieve 99.6%. When the running time increased, the deposition on the wall was increased too, but the collecting efficiency dropped. The testing model could clean itself when the inlet velocity reached 15 m/s.
