高吸水树脂中丙烯酸残留量的测定及其影响因素

Determination of Residual Acrylic Monomer and Its Influence on Super Absorbent Resin

  • 摘要: 运用高效液相色谱测定了高吸水树脂中丙烯酸的残留量,并研究了不同的反应条件,如反应时间和反应温度、产物后处理方法以及树脂粒度对丙烯酸残留量的影响.研究结果表明,丙烯酸单体残留量随着反应温度和反应时间的增加而减少;随着树脂粒度的减小,丙烯酸残留量逐渐增大;用乙醇处理可有效除去高吸水树脂中的丙烯酸单体残留.

     

    Abstract: The content of residual acrylic monomer in super absorbent resin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The influence of conditions of reaction, the methods of disposal of the product and the granularity of the resin on the content of residual acrylic monomer is described. The results indicate that with the prolongation of reaction time, the content of residual acrylic acid gradually decreases, while with increase in reaction temperature, the content of residual acrylic acid quickly decreases, and when the particle size becomes smaller, the content of residual acrylic acid grows promptly. Washing with ethanol can remove the residual acrylic acid in super absorbent resin effectively.
