Abstract: One of the major challenges in creating generalized computational grids is to provide a way to allocate and manage system resources. In this paper modern economic models about resource management is introduced. Mathematical description is given about economic models based on price mechanisms. Existing problems on resource scheduling of Buyya's work are analyzed. A new resource scheduling method STPP is put forward that mixes together the cost and time optimization parameters and presents an iterative algorithm of price based on the scheduling methods of Buyya. It shows that the new STPP strategy makes the resource schedule scalable and flexible.
