用蒙特卡罗和Petri网方法估计随机流网络的可靠性

Evaluation of the Reliability of Stochastic Flow Network Using Monte Carlo Method and the Petri Net

  • 摘要: 提出一种估计随机流网络可靠性的基于蒙特卡罗抽样和Petri网建模仿真的MCPN方法.该算法以蒙特卡罗方法为基本框架,通过蒙特卡罗抽样来模拟网络系统的随机性.对于随机抽取的网络状态,通过Petri网仿真计算相应加权图的最大流量,判断其是否为有效状态.仿真结果表明,Petri网方法是一种有效的计算加权图最大流量的方法.

     

    Abstract: A new algorithm, MCPN is proposed to estimate the reliability of a stochastic flow network, based on Monte Carlo sampling and Petri net modeling and simulation. Monte Carlo method is used as the frame of this algorithm to simulate the randomness of the network. To the randomly taken network states, a Petri net simulation is applied to judge whether it is valid by calculating the maximum flow of the relevant weighted graph. Simulation results showed that the Petri net method is efficient to calculate the maximum flow of the weighted graph.
