Dynamic Simulation of the Acceleration Process of an Electric Touring Transit Bus

  • 摘要: 分析了纯电动旅游客车永磁加增磁直流电机驱动系统结构与工作原理.针对加速工况,分别对IGBT1导通和截止状态建立了电机驱动系统瞬态数学模型.基于控制逻辑利用Matlab/Stateflow建立了控制器模型.结合以上两者得到以加速踏板信号为输入的整车瞬态数学模型.基于该模型进行了加速工况动态仿真并获得加速工况下电机驱动系统的控制特性.该分析有助于进一步改进电机驱动系统控制.

     

    Abstract: Analyses the framework and principle of the power train based on a permanent magnet DC motor with an augmentor magnet, that has been used on an electric touring bus successfully. Considering various states of IGBT1, transient mathematical models of the electric motor driving system during the acceleration process is built up. Using Matlab/Stateflow, the controller model is also built up according to the control logic. Based on this, the transient mathematical model of the bus is set up, with the positions of the acceleration pedal signal as the (input.) The acceleration process is simulated and validated and dynamic characteristics of the power train in acceleration is analyzed. Transient simulation of the acceleration process clarifies the dynamic process of the power train, and is thus helpful in understanding the control of power train.
