摘要: 对某水坝船闸人字门拉杆断裂事故进行断裂动力学的定性与定量分析.在定量分析中,编写了该裂纹结构受冲击载荷作用下的全尺寸三维动态有限元程序,并进行了大规模的数值计算,确定了表面裂纹动态应力强度因子,论证了该事故发生的原因.分析结果有助于防止水坝船闸人字门拉杆类似事故的发生以及采取相关措施.Abstract: A fracture dynamics analysis is given to an accident on a gudgeon link of the miter gate of a dam. The study gives a qualitative and quantitative dynamic fracture analysis, and a three-dimensional finite element program is developed to compute the dynamic stress intensity factor for a semi-elliptic surface crack in an elastic solid of finite size under impact loading. The results will be helpful to reveal the causes of the accident and to provide suggestions of precaution to avoid similar accidents.
