Impact of Manganin Transducer Protective Medium on Detonator's Output Record Waveform

摘要: 提出在锰铜传感器前方加保护介质测试有底壳爆炸元件的轴向输出.采用有机玻璃板和Mylar膜作为保护介质,测试1号电雷管的底部输出;运用流体力学理论对所得波形进行分析;结果表明,锰铜压阻法测试有破片产生的爆炸元件时,加1mm厚有机玻璃板优于加0.05~0.10mm的Mylar膜.Abstract: When measuring the axial output of an explosive element with bottom case by a manganin sensor, a protective medium should be added to the front of the sensor. PMMA and Mylar films are selected to protect the sensor when measuring a No.1 electric detonator. By analyzing the measured waveform hydrodynamically, the following conclusion was obtained: the use of 1 mm PMMA compared better than a 0.05~0.10 mm Mylar film when measuring explosive elements with fragments.
