燃气射流气固两相流场研究
Numerical Study on Gas-Solid Two Phase Jet Flow

摘要: 以含颗粒的燃气射流为研究对象,分析燃气射流中颗粒在发动机喷管内外的物理特性、颗粒的形状与尺寸特性、燃气与颗粒的相互作用等性质,在此基础上建立气固两相流颗粒随机轨道模型,并进行数值模拟.结果表明:采用随机轨道模型可以有效地模拟气固两相燃气射流中的颗粒脉动现象,得到与实验性质一致的结果;由于颗粒与燃气的相间作用,颗粒在追随燃气运动的同时,对燃气运动发生阻滞和传热作用,影响两相燃气射流流场结构.Abstract: Gas-solid two phase discrete random trajectory model is built up based on a series of relevant analyses, including those of the particles' physical features in and out of the nozzle, the particles' characteristics in shape and size, reciprocity between jet flow and particles etc. Numerical simulation are then performed. Results of calculation showed that the pulsate phenomenon in the gas-solid two phase jet flow can be effectively simulated with the random trajectory model. Results of calculation are consistent with that of the experiment. Conclusion drawn are that reciprocity between jet flow and the particles, can resist gas motion and transmit heat along the jet and will in the end influence the flow-field structure of the two phase jet flow.
