摘要: 为提高纯电动大客车的加速性能和续驶里程,采取电池和超级电容混合驱动.根据动力传动系统参数设计原则,对电池和超级电容选型提出了一种新的设计方法,得出了电池组容量与整车加速性能和续驶里程的关系,以及根据超级电容放电时间进行特征参数设计的步骤.通过对BFC6100-EV纯电动大客车匹配计算及实验结果表明,整车0~60km/h加速时间缩短了9s,续驶里程达到306km,验证了设计方法的正确性和可行性.Abstract: In order to improve on the acceleration characteristics and driving range of the electric bus, hybrid operation with battery and ultracapacitor are accepted. According to the powertrain design scheme, a new method to design battery and ultracapacitor is put forward, the relationship of battery pack's capacity to acceleration time and range and the design approach of ultracapacitor based on its discharge time are established. Experimental results on electric bus BFC6100-EV showed that the acceleration time of 0~60 km/h is reduced 9 s and the range reaches 306 km, accordingly proved this method is feasible and valid.
