基于UGⅡ的叶片建模与加工

Modeling and Manufacturing of Blade Based on the UGⅡ Software

  • 摘要: 根据叶片的数学模型,提出了建立叶片实体模型和产生数控代码的技术路线和方法,并在UG 软件中完成了实体模型和后置处理.在实体建模过程中,给出了叶片截面曲线和点的计算方法.在此基础上,制定了叶片的加工工艺,生成了数控程序,并在五轴加工中心上进行试验.结果表明,叶片的尺寸精度和表面质量都有较大提高.

     

    Abstract: Based on the mathematical model of the blade, the paper brings forward a way to construct its stereo modeling and NC program, the modeling being set up with the (UGⅡ) software. In this process, steps to calculate section points and curves of the blade are given. On the basis of this, the processing plan of the blade is proposed, and the G code of the blade is produced. The part has been machined on a NC center, and is found to fulfill well the design requirements.
