摘要: 给出一种红外积分辐射计(BIIR)标定和测量扩展源的新方法,并对影响BIIR测量精度的主要因素进行了测试和分析.根据普朗克定律,推导出仪器的输出电压是扩展源辐射亮度的单调增函数和常数的乘积.该单调增函数可以通过计算得到,因此只需要一个标准测试点即可确定常数项完成标定过程.标准扩展源的测试结果表明,仪器的相对误差小于5%.Abstract: A new approach to the calibration and measurement of extended sources was introduced in the infrared integrating radiometer BIIR. Major factors influencing the precision of the BIIR were measured and analysed. Based on the Planck principle, it is deduced that the BIIR output voltage is the product of a constant and a monotonic increasing function of radiation luminance from the extended sources. The increasing function can be calculated, thus one standard measurement can determine the constant and complete the calibration. The result of measurement of the standard extended source showed that the relative error of the instrument is less than 5%.
