氧化铝表面有机改性及其在聚苯乙烯中分散性能的研究

A Study on the Surface Organic Modification of Aluminum Oxide and Its Dispersion Property in Polystyrene

  • 摘要: 为了增强无机化合物氧化铝的亲油性能,采用硅烷偶联剂对氧化铝表面进行预处理,并以本体聚合的方式制备了掺杂氧化铝聚苯乙烯.分别用红外光谱、热重分析和光电子能谱对氧化铝的处理结果进行分析,发现在氧化铝的表面化学吸附了有机层.扫描电镜结果表明经改性的氧化铝在聚苯乙烯中的掺杂量明显增大,分散性更强.

     

    Abstract: To enhance oil solubility of aluminum oxide, the surface organic modification of aluminum oxide particles with silane coupling agent KH 570 CH2C(CH3)COOC3H6Si(OCH3)3 was studied. The treated particles were dispersed in polystyrene as monomers' bulk polymerization. Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, X ray photoelectron spectra analysis and thermal analysis showed chemical bonds formed on the surface. The microstructure and properties of this composite were studied by means of SEM, which showed modified aluminum oxide particles dispersed more uniformly and in higher amounts than were unmodified ones.
