沉筒式数码相机变焦镜头结构仿真分析

Simulative Design for Auto-Zoom Lens's Canister Style Configuration of a Digital Camera

  • 摘要: 为了减小沉筒凸轮回转中的阻力,避免自锁,必须限制凸轮变焦曲线压力角的极限值.针对常用沉筒式数码相机变焦镜头结构进行了分析,仿真了具有3倍光学变焦的沉筒式变焦镜头光学设计和装配结构设计,建立了筒型凸轮的压力角公式,并对光学设计、结构设计、变焦过程以及零件的工艺要求进行了分析探讨.

     

    Abstract: In order to avoid self locking and to reduce frictional force in cam's motion, the pressure angle of canister cams' curve must be restricted, so that the micro servo motor's torque can be the smallest. Simulation design and analysis for the auto zoom lens of a digital camera is introduced. The assembly structure drawing of a canister style zoom lens with 3 times optical zoom is simulated, and the pressure angle expression of the canister cam analyzed. The optical design and structural design, analysis of the zoom lens, process of focus change in the zoom lens and technical requests to the parts of the zoom lens are discussed too.
