测速齿盘偏心对扭振测试误差影响的研究

A Study on the Torsional Vibration Measurement Error Caused by Eccentricity of Tooth Discs

  • 摘要: 通过分析齿盘偏心引起的伪扭振信号特征,提出用测速齿盘静态偏心计算伪扭振信号的方法,根据计算结果对相应的谐次分量进行修正,从而给出了消除误差的信号合成处理方法.利用提出的计算方法对某型履带车辆扭振测试结果进行了计算和分析,并利用提出的信号合成处理方法对实测的结果进行了修正,提高了扭振的测试准确度.

     

    Abstract: High precision measurement of torsional vibration is important for the torsional vibration analysis of shaft systems. Faked signals caused by the eccentricity of tooth discs can influence the measurement precision by entering into measurement signals. On the basis of an analysis for the faked signals, a quantified calculation and signal processing is provided to solve this measurement error caused by false signals. Using this method an analysis has been done for the result of torsional vibration test of one type of vehicle, and a signal compound has been obtained to correct the test result.
