三元石墨插层化合物的合成与表征

Synthesis and Characterization of the Ternary Graphite Intercalation Compounds

  • 摘要: 采用混合熔盐法 ,以 Cu Cl2 ,Fe Cl3为客体材料 ,粒径 1~ 10 μm天然鳞片石墨为主体材料 ,合成出 2 ,3阶结构的三元石墨层间化合物 Cu Cl2 - Fe Cl3- GICs.简述其制备工艺 ,应用 XRD,SEM,EDS对产物的晶体结构、表面形貌及元素组成进行测试表征 ,并检测和分析其电磁传导性能 .测试结果表明 Cu Cl2 - Fe Cl3- GICs是一种新型轻质导电材料 .

     

    Abstract: stage ternary GICs CuCl 2 FeCl 3 GICs were synthesized by the molted salt method. CuCl 2, FeCl 3 were used as the guest species and natural graphite (grain size from 1~10 μm) served as the host material. The paper introduces the method of synthesis. Crystal structure, surface appearance and the relative contents of elements were investigated with XRD, SEM and EDS. The electromagnetic properties of GBCs (graphite bi intercalation compounds) intercalation reaction were measured and analyzed. The results show that CuCl 2 FeCl 3 GICs is a kind of new, light conducting material.
