新型脱除SO2催化剂的研究

A Study on Catalysts for the Removal of SO2 from Flue Gas

  • 摘要: 采用离子交换法对天然丝光沸石材料进行改性制备 ,获取高效、廉价且再生性能好的新型 SO2 脱除催化剂 ,SO2 脱除效率提高近 1倍 ,达到 89% ,具有工业应用价值 .并利用 FT- IR和 XPS及计算机软件 CERIU S2 对有关机理进行了研究 ,确定新型二氧化硫脱除催化剂的作用机理和材料制备工艺 .

     

    Abstract: Natural mordenite was modified by ion exchange with metallic ion to get an effective and inexpensive catalyst for the removal of SO 2. The catalyst having a desulfurization rate of about 89% can be used in the industrial desulfurization of flue gas. FT IR, XPS and CERIUS 2 have been applied in the study of the mechanism of SO 2 removal with natural mordenite modified by Fe 3+ and in the method of preparation of the catalyst.
