Dynamic Buckling in a Rod Having Finite Length Due to Axial Impact

  • 摘要: 通过分析弹丸对线性硬化杆的冲击和线性硬化杆对刚性靶的高速撞击 ,得到冲击条件下杆屈曲发生的临界条件 .在分析中考虑了应力波的传播、反射以及应力波之间的相互作用 .分析了杆中的应力和屈曲发生的可能性 .结合具体材料进行计算 ,得出了临界屈曲条件 ,总结出屈曲发生时撞击力和屈曲位置之间的关系以及撞击速度与杆长径比之间的关系 .这些结论对于冲击作用下有限长线性硬化杆弹塑性动态屈曲问题实验研究具有一定意义

     

    Abstract: A pill striking a linear reinforced rod and a linear reinforced rod striking a rigid target are studied. The two critical condition equations are achieved. The propagation, reflection and reciprocity of stress wave are considered in the analysis. The stress in the rod and possibility of buckling are also analyzed. At last, specific material is used to carry out numerical calculations from which a relationship between the impact stress and the position of buckling is obtained. A relationship between the flight velocity and the slenderness ratio of the rod is also arrived at. These conclusions are important to the dynamic buckling experiment of the finite linear reinforced elastic plastic rod.
