红霉素A9-肟羟基的醚化保护
Etherification Protection for Hydroxyls in Erythromycin A Oximes

摘要: 用 3种烷氧基环己烯 (1-异丙氧基环己烯、1-乙氧基环己烯和 1-甲氧基环己烯 )对红霉素肟的羟基加以保护 ,同时与醚化剂 2 -乙氧基丙烯作了比较 .反应在二氯甲烷中进行 ,盐酸吡啶作催化剂 .实验发现 ,1-异丙氧基环己烯和 1-乙氧基环己烯的保护比较完全 ,并对后者进行了工艺研究 .Abstract: Three kinds of alkyloxy cyclohexene, viz. 1-isopropoxycyclohexene, 1-ethoxycyclohexene and 1-methoxycyclohexene, were investigated for hydroxyl protection in erythromycin oxime. The obtained results showed that 1-isopropoxycyclohexene and 1-ethoxycyclohexene were potential protective reagents in clarithromycin synthesis.
