一种电流变减振器阻尼特性的模拟计算
Numerical Simulation of Damping Characteristics of an Electro-Rheological Shock Absorber

摘要: 分析了电流变流体的力学性能 ,针对电流变减振器的结构特点 ,建立电流变减振器阻尼特性计算的数学模型 ,论述了电流变减振器的工作原理 .模拟结果表明 :所提出的电流变减振器结构合理 ,在低频段阻尼力变化显著 .探讨了造成高频段阻尼调节效果较差的原因 ,提出需选用高屈服应力值的电流变流体的解决方案 .Abstract: Dynamic properties of electro-rheological fluids are analyzed. A mathematical model is established by analyzing the designed structure and the working process of the ER shock absorber. In addition, computer simulation was performed to testify the validity of the designed structure. The results reveal that the structure is reasonable and the adjustable damping force under low frequency is feasible. Whereas the adjustability under higher frequencies is undesirable, the paper analyzes the reasons and proposes a valuable suggestion.
