近红外光谱法用于含能材料快速分析的研究

On-Line Rapid Measurement of Volatile Ingredients in Propellant Products with the NIR Spectroscopy Method

  • 摘要: 发射药生产过程中挥发份的实时检测对发射药的性能至关重要,是实现发射药柔性化生产的一项关键技术.用近红外漫反射光谱分析法快速分析柔性生产线中产品的挥发份,测得样品的光谱,采用简化的PLS算法建立数学模型,并用该模型预测样品挥发份的含量.该方法检测精度高、无破损、无须预处理即能达到实时快速检测的目的.

     

    Abstract: The on-line measurement and rapid analysis of the internal volatile and external volatile ingredients of propellants are very important to the quality of the products. It’s a key technology in the realization of flexibility in the processing of propellants. A fast method was presented on the ingredients of the product on the flexible-production line with NIR diffuse reflectance spectral analysis. The spectra of the samples were collected, the calibration model with a simplified PLS algorithm was established, and the ingredients of products were predicted with this model. This method can be used to measure ingredients of products rapidly, accurately and in real-time without the need of pretreatment for the products.
