动能杆战斗部杆条抛撒规律及散布场数值仿真

Numerical and 3D Simulation of KE-Rod Dispersion Pattern

  • 摘要: 针对新概念动能杆反导战斗部,采用数值模拟方法,系统地研究了中心式动能杆战斗部的杆条排布参数、抛撒装药参数和填充介质等主要因素对动能杆径向抛撒速度的影响,得到了动能杆抛撒规律;以经典的格尼(Gurney)公式为基础,通过引入修正函数对数值模拟结果进行数据处理,建立动能杆条抛撒速度的工程计算模型,试验验证结果表明,该计算模型能为工程设计提供帮助.运用该计算模型,采用虚拟现实技术,对杆条散布场进行了实时三维仿真.

     

    Abstract: Aimed at the new concept ATBM warhead--KE-rod warhead, with the numerical simulation, the effect of parameters of rod circles, dispersion explosive and packing material on the rod’s initial velocity is studied, and the formula is set up to calculate the initial velocity of the rod based on the modified Gurney formual. Experiments have proved that this method can be of help in engineering design. Meanwhile, with the VR method, the 3-D dispersion of KE-rod is simulated.
