Test Study on the Quality Control of STL Rapid Prototyping

  • 摘要: 针对快速成型设备成型质量不高的问题,利用STL快速成型设备进行试验.进行了相应的试验设计,运用田口方法对试验数据进行处理,得到了改进加工质量的最优参数,使用最优加工参数达到了提高工件尺寸精度和形位精度的目的.在田口方法的使用中提出了对田口方法的改进,提出了单位贡献率、误差贡献率等新的概念.

     

    Abstract: Aimed at enhancing the product quality of STL rapid prototype equipment, a series of experiments in manufacturing a part were made upon the equipment. Corresponding experiment scheme was designed. The experimental data were processed with the Taguchi method, and the best machining parameters were found. The aim to improve the dimensional precision and geometrical error was reached using these machining parameters. Some new concepts of the Taguchi method such as mono-contribution ratio, error contribution ratio are put forward. These new concepts improved the Taguchi method.
