An Electric Auto Position Control Intelligent Controller for Plate Mills

  • 摘要: 研究在保证中板轧机电动 APC(自动位置控制 )系统定位速度的同时提高定位精度的方法 .根据电动 APC的控制要求和设备的实际情况 ,首先采用时间最优思想设计预定的压下轨迹曲线 ,然后采用仿人智能控制方法 ,使得实际压下轨迹跟踪预定的轨迹曲线 ,从而确保电动 APC控制的准确定位 .该控制算法已应用于实际生产 .在系统大惯性和压下螺丝摩擦力不确定的情况下 ,定位精度达到 0 .0 5 mm且整个定位过程快速、无超调 .

     

    Abstract: Investigates a method for increasing the positioning accuracy of electric APC (auto position control) system for plate mill while assuring its positioning speed. With a time optimal idea a predetermined screw down path curve was adopted following the electric APC control requirement and the actual conditions of equipment. Intelligent control then enabled the actual screw down path to follow up the predetermined screw down path, in order to guarantee the accurate positioning of electric APC control. This control algorithm has been applied in actual production with a positioning accuracy of up to 0 05 mm, under a substantial system inertia and uncertain friction force in down screws. The whole positioning process remained rapid and without overshoot.
