动力控制系统中柴油机控制模块的研究与开发

The Study and Development of Diesel Control Module of Vehicle Powertrain Control System

  • 摘要: 针对动力控制系统的特点提出了一种系统研究方案,该方案具有兼顾集中控制和分别控制的优点,对柴油机油量控制原理进行了分析,并以32位微控制器(MCU)MC68376为核心对柴油机控制模块进行了硬件和软件设计,进行了柴油机控制模块的台架试验,试验结果表明:该方案具有实现容易、集成度高的特点;所研制的柴油机控制模块动态性能良好、稳定精度较高。

     

    Abstract: A scheme of powertrain control system was presented which had the merits in performing integrated control as well as separated control. The oil controlling principle of diesel engine was analyzed and the software and hardware of diesel control module was designed based on 32 bit micro control unit (MCU) MC68376. Diesel control module was tested on the test benceh. The test result showed that the scheme had a highly integrated level and could be put into effect easily, and the diesel control module had good dynamic performance and steady accuracy.
