履带车辆悬挂系统阻尼对行驶平稳性的影响

Effect of the Damping of Suspension System on the Riding Comfort of a Tracked Vehicle

  • 摘要: 针对履带车辆的履带行动部分,利用大型复杂系统动态仿真与设计软件(DADS)对履带车辆的精细建模,通过对履带车辆进行整体的动力学仿真,分析履带国画悬挂系统阻尼与行驶平稳性的关系,并根据计算结果提出了最佳阻尼比的概念,该方法可为半主动悬挂技术的阻尼控制设计提供直接的参考依据。

     

    Abstract: With the special structural characteristics of the riding device of a tracked vehicle taken into consideration, computer simulation is performed using the software DADS to analyse the effect of damping of suspension system on the riding comfort of the tracked vehicle. A new concept of best damping ratio is put forward based on the simulation results. The method presented in this paper can provide a basis for damping control in semi active suspension systems.
