发动机受热件热疲劳台架的感应加热特征

Characteristics of Inductive Heating Applied to Thermal Fatigue Test-Bed for Heated Engine Parts

  • 摘要: 对发动机受热件加速热疲劳试验台架的感应加热特点进行计算分析,根据研究结果将感应加热热源简化为表面热流边界条件,建立了加热阶段零件内瞬态温度变化规律模型,借助于铸铁缸盖温度及其它试验数据的测试结果,对感应加热的加热热流密度,台架所能达到的最大法向瞬态温度梯度等进行了计算分析,计算分析结果表明,通过选择适当的加热功率,该热疲劳台架能够实现发动机实际铸铁零件表面法向温度分布的模拟。

     

    Abstract: Characteristics of inductive heating applied to thermal fatigue test bed for heated engine parts is calculated and analyzed. The inductive heat source can thus be simplified as that of a thermal surface current and a model for the instantaneous temperature of heated parts thereby established. By measuring the temperature of cast cylinder head directly and other interrelated data, the thermal current density of inductive heating and the maximum normal instantaneous temperature gradient of the test bed can be forecasted. The result shows that the test bed can simulate the actual temperature field on the cast parts' surface if the heating power rating is correctly chosen.
